A little more about me.

In 2016, on a snowy, starlit night in January, I started Mumming Around with my first-born baby girl.  I remember wondering what on earth I’d done to my lovely life from before, whilst marvelling at the intense love I already felt.  But through the conflicting emotions and waves of feeling overwhelmed, I realised the magnitude of what lay ahead.  Two years later, on almost the same starlit January night, I found myself Mumming Around with my second baby girl, staving off similar bouts of uncertainty about how on earth I was going to do it all again.

Cut forward through over ten thousand nappies, close to fifteen hundred bath and bed times, nearly four thousand coffees, daily belly laughs and moments of despair and the only thing I've learned is to trust my gut. And if I ever find myself at sea with where I’m going, I've always found coaching helps.  What I love about coaching is it assumes everyone has all the resources they need to live their best life.  Trusting your gut in motherhood also assumes this.  No matter how tired you are, when you last finished a hot drink or whether you’ve been able to dress without an audience today, you have all the resources necessary to give your kids exactly what they need.
